Wild Horses

Date night in my house means Friday night Mexican food. We love Mexican food, could eat it every day and nothing beats a top shelf margarita (on the rocks, no salt, please). This Friday, hubs played golf after work and I did Zumba with my coworkers. I was starving at 5:30 p.m. but knew hubs wouldn’t be into eating so early. He is strongly opposed to eating early with the “blue hairs.” Me? I could eat at 5:30/6 p.m. every night like clock work, thanks to my years living in the sorority house in college. Dinner was at 5:30 p.m. on the dot every night of the week, which also means I am a chronic snack eater usually around 9 p.m. So we waited…we decided to try a new place called Rosario’s. The atmosphere was fun, the art was eclectic, the margs and sangria were refreshing and the queso flameado was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Date night was a success at our new found cantina.
